ian brown is the MAN! who else had the balls to say this while we bombed 'poor brown people' who haven't done shit to us. An artist who hasn't sold his soul to the devil, hard to find these days.
Sadly, it took the death of an amazing artist for me to be aware of this song. But it's great. And just as relevant a protest now as when it came out. I'm happy to know Mr Brown is both awake and uncompromising. A pity more singers/bands can't say the same.

I'm slightly amused at the comment that Ian isn't aging well. I went to school with him and he's 47! He's aging a lot better than I am ! LOL. And I haven't been through the excesses that he has!!

He's a songwriter and clearly writes about stuff that touches him with no thought of how it will 'play in the media'.
