Discovery 3 Sunroof Drain Pipes Checked and Replaced

Had a Wet Passengers footwell (RHD) and also previous wet roof lining so stripped back to check for leaks and found and repaired as you see. Cleaned N/S Drain with Curtain rail but pierced drain where it exits car in inner wing. I would recommend only cleaning with compressed air so as not to damage the pipe. Excuse my short breaths, was recovering from Covid. All good now

I drilled a few holes in the channel to allow the water to drain to the outside after repairing the drain tubes 👍👍👍👍👍

Thanks for the video. Can you advise where you got the plastic barb couplers and what size they are? Is one end bigger than the other as one goes inside the rubber elbow and the other inside the hose, so one should likely be ID (inside diameter) and the other OD (outside diameter) to be snug. Also I was able to find just the elbows on ebay (under $30 US for 4). They haven't arrived yet, hopefully they'll do the job. Thanks.

Have just checked all 4 drains,.....three drain(can see water spilling on the ground), the driver rear doesn't, but the grommet is connected and looks good. Problem is, still getting water in the front footwell...even though the drain works. Noticed the A pillar liner is wrinkled...I think the bottom grommet is OK, but there is a leak up near the top where the drain tube seats in the sunroof gutters. Has anyone encountered this?

Hi Andy, actually purchased the whole pipe but only used the ends. You may have to slight shorten your existing pipe. Parts came from
