This is the best dual-welding video uploaded in 2023. I have not seen a shot like this ever which shows how creative the Director is at setting up the shot and capturing it all with a drone and POV cam. Great job in the shop everyone as I was thoroughly entertained and content. Maybe we can get you in the field fixing a huge mammoth of a machine next or maybe underwater doing some salvaging if the bucket falls in :)
To add, every time I drive past machines with heavy duty buckets or see them online I notice how they’ve been put together (well try to naturally), the edge, flat or curved bucket, flat bars, condition of the bucket, reinforcement, etc All from watching Welderfabber.
Great video and team work makes dream work those buckets get serious abuse no need you say the operators don’t like the extra ware strip on the bottom proper operator doesn’t use the bottom to level but keep you lot busy fixing them 👨🏻🏭
I see you understand that weld machines vary, even within manufacturer. Putting you man only on one machine, the Kamppi, will let him learn that machine and let man and machine work as a team understanding how the other wants to work. The way you and your man weld together is like a ballet of torches and gets more done in less time without conflict. Great video showing the teamwork and progress. Thanks for sharing.
Been waiting for this!! Lets gooo ready to see welder fabber in full force again great work once again baz!! Also editing is alot better from the start great work director Great video once again and good to see another bucket get the welderfabber treatment!! Great work to the full team at welderfabber!! 💪💪
Just finished a nightshift I'm a mechanical fitter on steam turbines located not far from you guys. Loving this sort of content I've always had an interest in any machines but haven't worked on any plant keep up the good work💪🏻👍🏻
Love that Gaz turns his head like the liquid terminator when he's on the torch. I'm in awe of you guys cos the only welding I've ever done really was on lead at college for plumbing and gas. We ended up getting ready made parts anyway so... As I was writing this, my last question about why you cut bolts off was answered again. Brilliant videos, keep them coming and surely you're going to the moon! Nuff respect
Great video. Your crew does amazing work on their own. But you two guys working together was awesome. It seems that the Saturday shop work allows more of this great content. Thanks for sharing.
You my friend have got it going on! I want to be just like you when i grow up 😉. Keep that foot on the throttle and buy the director a beer, great job!
First class bit of welding that Our Baz and great to find a couple of not only handy but keen young lads. Luke was showing some good hand skills there around the radius of those new stands. Hopefully you and the Boss can find a package to retain their services. Agree with Saki630 below on the production - well shot, all angles covered interesting banter. Surprised we haven't seen a plate full of bacon cobs and big mugs of tea yet.
Double pulse is an game changer on that kemppi. I use pulse if needed some more heat into weld + spatter free environment. For example some plumbing fittings or hydraulic cylinders.
Baz, another brilliant video. Not sure if you know, some of your viewers like me are mere mortals. I am not in the welding trade but I enjoy watching pros like you going about sharing your knowledge and experience. You do a great job explaining the process. I'm interested more on your technique for filling gaps i.e. doing J weld patterns, Cris cross or what ever you call it. It doesn't have to be too detailed. As I C Weld likes to say, "this is not not a how to but this is how I do it". Cheers.
Absolutely amazing work as usual. Top quality. Throughly enjoyed as i do every time i watch your channel. Thank you and keep up the great work and UA-cam content 👍 😊
I love the no nonsense or bullshit way you crack on and get stuck in. You and your lads are a great asset to your employer. Especially in a heavy industry where everything breaks and much gets abused. Think of yourselves as the Fox metal hospital. Good video production and music. Is Mr Fox a subscriber Baz? Thank you all at Fox Shipbuilding.
Yet another cracking little mid week special from baz and the director!! Baz and cal smashed that bucket out the park. Top job lads!! Cracking angles from the director aswell.. keep up the good work lads and the videos coming! Roll on Saturday morning…
Hi Welderfabber and the Director I am new to your channel and I am fascinatinated watching you in action, never been interested in welding before but love watching you at work Keep up the quality videos Mark Davies
Super repair Baz and team all the way from Ireland!!Do alot of the same work myself running an identical plasma. Yourself and Kurtis from cutting-edge engineering top tradesmen!!keep it up
I like to watch Baz do his thing but I got to admit that the way he talks and his attitude reminds me of the old saying " I may not be right but I'm never wrong ".
When we fab and weld buckets we use E71T or 81Ni1 flux core wire, have you ever thought of using that wire on the cutting edge to improve the longevity of the bucket?
Are you sure youve got bad eyes Baz? Those were some nice lines on the plasma!!!! 😉Fantastic content as always. Big shout out to the director and the lads.
Great chanel Baz you got a cheater lens in your mask then and if so how do you get on with it when lens is up for grinding. Maybe a feature on options for all the welders and engineers whose eyes are shot. 😂
Absolutely banging video mate you and the director are getting better and better every video. The director is doing a great job and love the real content too effort boys.👌👌👌
Another great vid baz and the director would be awesome if you could get Guy Martin over as he wants to improve his welding skills accompanied by the struggler and do a teaching vid, that would be brilliant to watch, keep em coming.
Baz your amazing. If you can whip me up a cabbage firing cannon like in the A-Team you will be definitely on my Xmas card list and help me get rid of my annoying next door neighbour 😂😂👍
Hi Baz, You remind me a lot of Mike Holmes of "Holmes on Homes" from a few years ago. Another UA-cam channel you may like is Andrew Camarata's. Love the videos. And the Music is fantastic, although a bit loud at times.
Can imagine only time a member of staff you manger to leave is if they go alone I would think? No other company will other and do than these it seems. The Guy/company is fully invested in you, social media is massive and he wants his staff to Benefit from it 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We use all Kemppi gear and its very good, the electronic controls can go funny but knock it off and back on and they settle down. Support is good too.
Outstanding again. Love the dramatic music too, director!!
Been waiting for this!! Lets gooo ready to see welder fabber in full force again great work once again baz!! Also editing is alot better from the start great work director

It's a great job having 2 lads welding along the length of the bucket at the same time.
Another amazing insight into the life of the Welderfabber. Good mornings work Cal and Baz crack on to the next one.

Proper teamwork though I’m guessing the old beatch Arc Eye might well have paid Luke and the director a wee visit in the wee hours Baz.
I like to watch Baz do his thing but I got to admit that the way he talks and his attitude reminds me of the old saying " I may not be right but I'm never wrong ".
Just a straight talker mate

Quality Plasma is surgical😮
Great Job Guy's on welding-up the 20T Excavator Bucket. looks great. do u do any painting on the stuff u weld
No not really on bucket’s for our fleet. We have a paint shop for the machines though

It must cost a fortune and huge overheads for the fox group, but hey easy money 💰 to spend Mr.Baz
Bon Boulo J'aime 😆😆👍👍 KEMPPI va bien??
only reason i can see your guys would leave you is having to listen to smooth country in the morning lol
