This is all about the driver. The BMW has more power on acceleration, but you can brake later because of the weight difference. It is not difficult to keep up.

The difference in weight isn't very big. Note that I'm riding the DCT version. :)

The difference in horsepower is even bigger. But on winding roads, power doesn't matter that much. :)
