I didn't take them seriously before this album and when I first heard this album I was shocked! this album is a masterpiece and deserves a gram... wait.... they don't give Grammy awards to good musicians anymore so...
Oh why? their other sound are fantastic! the first album yeh she stripped down and wore more makeup but she stopped doing that cos it's not how she wanted to do things but the songs are still SO freaking good.
Award Shows are dying out now cos it's like if you don't get one then you don't belong to the big club and get the extra perks with it lol they don't just get an award the award is used to deem who gets the "best" material or scripts but the 1990s - early 2000s proved we don't need that to create something great.

Wow. I just started listening to the Pretty Reckless recently and watched this video for the first time just now. They are a phenomenal band and she is an amazing vocalist! How I never heard this band before or why they aren't getting more buzz then they are is beyond me. I've been to literally hundreds of concerts and live shows in my life and seen just about every major hard rock/metal band/artist from the late 80's to the late 90's and met many of them and I have to say that the Pretty Reckless are the real deal. They have their own unique sound yet bring back the vibe from the era that I worked in the music industry managing record stores during that late 80's to late 90's music period. I do want to get tickets to see them live here in Portland Oregon with Shinedown next month!
45 and I have been a fan for several years. This right here, for some reason is my most favorite. She is defiantly a rock n roll Goddess. So awesome to see her getting bigger and bigger and better. And every song she does accoustically is blow you out of the water amazing. She has such natural talent. Love it.

I just saw them last Sunday with Diamante and Shinedown. Hands down TPR is one of the best bands I've ever seen live! She knows how to pull a crowd in unlike anyone else I've ever seen and her voice live is so badass!!!

It takes real artistry to Rock a song such as this. Political and poignant at the same time visceral and powerful. I've been following this band for sometime, they are not afraid to put it out there, and they should not be ... their music i powerful, subtle and not so subtle messages. Not all of their songs have the same tripple meaning as this one, some are just in your face rock ... this one has it all. Absolutely loved this!

Born in 74 and so I grew up with all the 70s music and then the 80s hair metal and then the grunge scene hit in the 90s and I thought from that moment "OMFG ROCK IS DEAD NOW!!" but after hearing Alice n chains song " and we die young" I literally hauled balls to the record store to buy their "facelift" album and so they became my absolute favorite grunge band and they definitely helped me embrace the new sound and other groups as well afterwards and so the 2000s arrived and it was Godsmack,, Chevelle,, Seether and a few others that I clinged to and so I had I tight circle of music that I cared for besides the music from 80s and so on.. and so anyways, I had no female favorite frontmen/frontchic that caught my attention other than lita ford or the sisters from heart and the pussycat dolls weren't quite my taste and so now I'll get to the punch here and alot of you reading this may find it hard to believe or say I've been living under a rock but I never ever knew or heard of reckless and it wasn't until just a few days ago I was laying down and listening to the radio and the station played "heaven knows" and so as it was playing I thought "who tha hell is this?!! And I was totally diggin it and turned it way up and when it ended they never said who the artist was and I thought just maybe it was a new song by pink because her voice sounds close alike in certain parts of the song but I looked it up and nope!!.. so I was telling a chic I know about it and she had no idea either, so I youtubed the main chorus words "we belong way down below" and when I saw it was a group called the pretty reckless I thcaught 🤔 dam why haven't I ever heard about this chic?!! But I said to myself, well I definitely want to see and hear more from this group and when I went to the page here and started playing it I was totally blown away and so omg thank you for letting me find this group!!!! Its got a little bit of everything from folk, rock, blues, metal.. so hello to everyone here and let's rock on!!!!! 💯🎶🎶🤟✌️

Honestly changed my life when I found TPR. 2013 so late to the party but to me they can't go wrong. Taylor on "gossip girl" I've never actually seen. I legit can't imagine her in a show like that. She was so young when this band formed she's incredible! And followed what direction she wanted to go in regardless of the doubters. I've seen comments about Taylor and lzzy from halestorm and that would be a crazy awesome collaboration. 👌
They where on your for a few years lzzy and Taylor they are both the life behind both bands añd it would be amazing if that happens

Awesome. Reminds me of some songs I was writing with my band over 20 years ago. She’s amazing and so is the band. What a message. No pretty lyrics but lyrics that say a lot that needs to be heard.
From my viewpoint as a middle aged man here in Melbourne, Australia, what a refreshingly good change to this Rock Music group, The Pretty Reckless, based in New York. Great songs, great lead singer and true Rock Music. May this band continue to show that New York's Music scene is more than what's often heard about in the mainstream Media. I often criticized how the band didn't seem that talented other than her. But this blew me away. She has come back like an absolute unit, and her band came back like they just did the equivalent of an 80's kung Fu montage. Unbelievable.

I think their next album should be named “Who’s Laughing Now?”. So many people didn’t take this band seriously in the beginning but look how they’ve evolved! This song is sooo good.
