    I am forever indebted to you for changing my life. 🙏🏼 But for some reason, I got misled into unhealthy eating habits again. Finding it difficult to break the vicious circle of bad eating habits and as a result got high BP issues. Thank you for this message today. I would re-embark on my journey to good health from tomorrow. I will update you here about my progress in about 3 months time. Thanks.

Thank you so much, I il b very grateful if you can make a video on whole day diet for weight maintainance, like in the morning we should have fruits n soaked seeds, what should we have in lunch n dinner to full the nutrition requirements n maintaining of weight.
