I understand what you're talking about. I have a lot of watches, including many Casio G-Shocks and Edifices. Gant actually uses Seiko movements and has good-quality bracelets and housings, so I can't say anything bad about them. They're not worth maybe $300-400, but for under $200, they're an okay watch.
