    I really like your videos.. they are very informative. If I may make a suggestion, I'd like to see closeups of what you're doing. I couldn't get a good look at your bows or your piping. Thanks!

    Hey I want to use a music note silicon mold just curious if I should use chocolate or black cake icing not sure

      Hi, I'm using a Culpritt sugar paste here which would be the same as a shop bought roll out icing, hope that helps x

    Nice video, very artistic looking. However, I'm watching for information purposes & the artistic camera angles & no close ups don't really help with learning.

    why use a sharp knife on a mould?

      Hi. thanks for your questions i am very careful not to push the blade into the mould but just slice across to take of the excess sugar paste. Hope that helps, best wishes Lizzie x

    More close up instead of your face n talking. Cant see the royal icing n now designs much.
    Can I know what frosting did u use on the cake?
