Vagabond Awake been living in Los Angeles since the mid 80s. Went back to visit CDO in late 90s, never been back. I Still remember to speak the language. Planning to visit in 2 yrs. love the Filipino friendliness. Where in CDO are you renting?
Good video. The power supply has been much improved in recent years in CDO. Brownouts are quite rare now.

Do you ever get this feeling that we are all living simultaneously in different realities by our choices that we take take us to different realities that our here for us simultaneously. You could be sad at home right now in your home country or you could be out living your life with someone new in places new to the both of you. How you choose to live your life is up to you. ๐

Looks like sisig for the $2 dollar meal. But I guess you had the bacon version. I usually have it for lunch since its so heavy. Most places serve it on a hot skillet and deliver it to your table while still frying so you can add the egg and mix it in yourself. Then they just serve it with rice. Must try! I know Kuya J's and Jerry's has a good one. and it is better when you pour that calamansi on top lol

That is interesting, you mentioned you start your day with oatmeal which I do now as well, oatmeal an berries which is very filling, healthy and good for your cholesterol . After that Iโm usually not hungry till mid afternoon. Do you usually eat then or wait until dinner ?. How long and when did you switch to vegan diet ? Well , you must be doing something right. Good for you.
Lately I have been eating one meal a day. The surprising part is that I am never hungry anymore even when I don't eat at all. Google intermittent fasting and read about it. It is fascinating.
Dan as a vegetarian have you ever eaten something that you were told is vegetarian and it wasn't? I suppose if that happens your stomach doesn't take it well.... just curious
It happens from time to time. It never reaches my stomach though. You'll more typically know the flavor as soon as you taste it and it won't make it to your stomach.
Did you say your accommodation is 20 bucks per night? Thatโs a steal. Very cheap in CDO. Keep vlogging more of CDO

Honestly, I am not sure why Dan Tookey. But it is true. Dr. Moore has shared some ideas on the subject. She is hungry all day because she eats all day. I am hungry once per day because I eat once per day. That is the short answer. I can confirm that when I ate 3 times a day, I was hungry 3 times a day. When I started eating once a day, my body hurt for about 4 days. Then it adjusted. Best, Dan
