Thank you for posting another amazing video. I love watching these when I'm stressed or anxious or feeling down or winding down for bed. They are so relaxing. I literally just watched your videos all day yesterday.
OMG It's the pug origin story!! ^^ Thank you so much for your wonderful videos, they've been fantastic to watch while I've been recovering for surgery (and now I'm dreaming of traveling to Japan!).
2:08 as someone living in Germany and having the driver sitting on the left side of a car, i was like "wow what a tall per- A DOG IS DRIVING THE CAR?" ehehehe...thank you for the trip.
The Japanese ferry and train videos always make me feel such peace. The voices, sounds, and general noises of Japan are so much less jarring than those of America.
Thanks for posting this great trip, Solo Solo! It makes me miss Japan. The room looks very cozy. :) On behalf of the US, thank you for appreciating our kettles.
@My Cancer Journey I'm not sure if you intended that for me or for Solo Solo, but I wish you all the best! My dad was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer by complete surprise last year, went into remission despite all the odds, and now we just kind of wait to see what happens! As to your channel, give it time and consistent effort and you'll get somewhere. Just gotta find your own niche and your enjoyment of it will show through. :) I make videos for the disabled and chronically ill gamer population, so it's a topic near and dear to me!
Omg my friend oh how I ❤wish I could travel the country like you do but for now this is the only way of traveling is watching your videos I really enjoy your videos thanks for taking us along on your travels be safe my friend ❤
Where do you live and do you travel in areas there, even if it’s just to the store or a walk down the street? I think all people and places have so many interesting things to offer, mostly because I am not there or just want to experience something through another person’s eyes. Seriously! Even if it’s just looking out a window or walking to a coffee shop or the park, or driving around the town you live in: I ‘live’ in the U.S. but have seen so little of it. Wouldn’t it be awesome if we all shared bits and pieces of the places we live so others could have the opportunity to experience it too? It’s kinda like what you’re saying: except you don’t need allot of money. Just share where you are and what you know. (If you’re comfortable with that of course. 😊)
it's lucky to have a big country like Japan..so much interesting places to visit and travel..my country are small and not so much places to explores..but it's okay because you just take me travel with you through this amazing video..loved it💜
From where are you I can assure you no place in this world is not interesting for us who is not in you life maybe I will follow you if you out something on UA-cam about your country 😎
I would also like to know where you are from. I think every country, no matter its size, has an amazing story to tell! But it’s only a story you can tell because it ‘belongs’ to you and not us. And it will be interesting and fun because you are sharing it with us (and that’s what makes you and your country special). Please do share if you’re able. Every UA-camr starts somewhere and I wish there were more people who would take the time to share what’s familiar to them with the rest of us. ❤🎉😊
Congratulations on approaching 1 millions subs. This has to be some of the quickest channel growth in the Japan V-logging space. Now you can enjoy premium cabins! I do find it a bit odd that the ferry leaves from Oarai in Ibaraki. Have you taken the ferry from Tokyo port to Hachijojima?
I have never had a passport but watching your vlogs makes me want to get one and travel to Japan. I am 57 years old and NO passport. so that is how special your vids are to me..

That is a UK sized Kettle. The US has a 110v power supply and can only just about run 1.5kwh appliances from each socket. We have a ring main in our houses and 240v and can run much more current through our appliances. That is why most Americans have kettles they boil on the stove.
I love how you captured the snow falling from above while obscuring the distractions below. Is it normal to have that much snow at this time of year? Or is it maybe just in Sapporo? ‘Also I am always amazed by the beautiful interiors of the ferry’s in Japan. It looks like a cruise ship. (Meant in a good way.) Oh and I’ve never seen an elevator that lets you touch the button again to cancel the floor and instead go to a different floor. Maybe I don’t get out enough. 😂 Thank you Solo Solo! I look forward to every video you post. ❤
I waited for your new vlog counting the last was 2 wks ago, and you finally came home to us now haha such a nice vlog again and again thanks solo solo sannn.. So comforting and calm to watch ❤️

25:28 So thoughtful that they have English translations on the menu. You can get soup curry, soup curry or soup curry! Also, soup curry. I'd probably just get the soup curry.
I rode this same ferry (Sunflower Furano) last fall, except going the other way (Tomakomai to Oarai). It is a slow and expensive way to travel, but it is very comfortable! There was a bad storm and rough seas during the night, but the waves rocked me to sleep like a baby, and the next day the storm cleared up. The sunrise over the ocean was beautiful! It is a great way to travel if you have the time.
me just admiring the mesmerizing beautiful scenery of japan... and then there's the doggo peeking at the passenger seat almost scared the hell out of me... he's cute tho (just after 5 seconds of my mind processing)
2:00 At first I was thinking, "Idk how that dog is driving", but then I realized that the driver side is on the right side everywhere else in the world lol.
Loved your attemps to get items from those game machines. As you say, though, they are a rip off everywhere in the world. What an amazing amount of space on tht ferry! A few years ago I took the Hurtigruten ferry for 4 nights from Bergen to Tromso in Norway. My cabin including bathroom was only about 8 sq. meters and it was supposed to be for 2 people with 2 tiny beds! Amazing trip, though. Ended the trip in Finland north of the Arctic Circle with a fabulous display of the Northern Lights.
I'm feeling spoiled! Two Solo videos in a row?! Thank you for the video. I wonder what is to stop person A from getting a nice cabin ticket and their friend from getting a floor ticket, then after boarding just going to person A's cabin? The question is because from what I understand from past videos is that they charge per person, not per room. It also seems that no one bothers to do room checks.
1:59 omg the cutest dog I have ever seen 😭😭😭
As an American, seeing the dog in what to me would be the driver's seat at 1:59 gave me a moment.
Those Japanese dogs are so clever that they drive now 😉
