Emirates and Qatar airlines imo! 😁
For CX SQ or Emirates, I prefer CX if it’s economy, but if it’s business class, I prefer SQ. Apple to Apple comparison, class to class basis.
However, as you and I both are Cantonese speaking persons, CX does provide a feeling of home.
That is one good question you forgot about the Japanese NH JL and the South Koreans KE and OZ. In my opinion SQ due to them having the number one service in the world yet somehow losing to CX in Ife Category. Old Timers in the 1980s see it this way CX = SQ = PR🇵🇭. The latter one the oldest airline in Asia has a unique feature on the jumbo jet a double deck bed

I Havent Experience Cathay Pacific Yet.The Business Class Cabin Looks Great.I Like Your Trip Report
I'm so obsessed with this! Do more flight reviews, I love them! I think Cathay business looks so great and comfortable, shame about the food not being as flavorful :) My friend's sister in HK is an air hostess for them and would fly from HK->Dublin route but they have cancelled it since covid sadly. I'm flying in 2 weeks now to Shanghai and I'll be with Qatar's 777-300 for the first time ^^

What date did you video all of the videos you did?
Absolutely like your trip report and you have the same great service as what I had in 2005 on CX Business. Have you also considered the south Koreans KE and OZ they're at par or exceed CX and SQ in business class service possibly economy class. As a traveler living in Newark Airport originally Manila Philippines I'm actually going to put the singaporeans SQ the Hong kongers CX and South Koreans KE/OZ over my flag carrier Philippine airlines 🇵🇭. Yet the Hong kongers have the same exact planes as Philippine Airlines and still put a better product on it
