only got to play this game once back when it was new. fun game. I still think flight sim modders are awesome!

If only this game had more better speed/distance scale
I got used to it. And the gameplay is pretty good thanks to other factors. Game has ton of content. Decent AI and good wingman control. It's easy to get into but hard to master. What's not to like?
I love how 60 FPS smooth this game is, especially for 1997 (?). The sheer variety this game offers, while still maintaining a decent flight model, is amazing as well. And the setting is sadly timely.

It would be nice if someone share the link to download such a detailed and beautiful terrain texture mod for Jane's Fighters Anthology. The terrain in this video certainly makes the game so refreshing and modern looking.
