Grats on finishing MGS3! You pretty much understand what's going on and MGS4 will wrap things up with a bang. Personally I like the controls in MGS4 better and I think you'll have no trouble adjusting from the start.
Thanks buddy for the continued support. I had a blast. 2 more videos to wrap up mgs3 are on the way and mgs4 will start recording within the next couple of weeks
Replying to your comment, there is no alternative way to save her. She dies regardless, although I am not sure if you knew. Every Boss you face and you defeat them with no lethal weapons, you will obtain their camo w/ certain buffs relating to their powers. But yes, the salute to the Boss’ grave made me tear up. This game holds a special place in my heart and I know others can say the same. Awesome play though my friend, I appreciate you so much for this 🙏🏽
Yeah I am glad that I did at least do it correctly and I did it in way that felt right with the less lethal approach. Interesting, what sort of buffs we talking about? Yeah I can certainly understand now why its so held in such high regard. I have a review video coming out on Friday to wrap this up. Thanks for your views and comments throughout this series. Not done just yet, MGS4 will be coming to the channel soon :-).

Good job at getting some counters against the Boss. Seen a lotvof streamers resort to sniping her. You can counter her attacks when she runs at you, pressing punch or grab (don't remember which button) at the right time when she grabs you.
Yeah I will be honest, it was likely more luck than judgement that I got those counters in but it will was still cool either way haha. At the end, there is only one outcome, no other ending. doing it non lethally just means you get her camo for a new game+. she dies either way. It is believed by many that the son that The Boss is talking about is actually Ocelot. the age is around the same age for him to be her son. there is hidden RI sequences in cutscenes to go first person and after you kill the boss. you can see her ghost next to the Sorrow. The gun at the end with Ocelot has multiple endings though, and a unlockable if you pick the right gun instead of left. And when you get given the title of Big Boss, there is another hidden R1 sequence to which you can see Ocelot outside the window congratulating you on getting the reward XD. So many things that only those who have played it SO much will ever get to see haha
I am glad that the only outcome there is for Boss to die, but still felt right to at least try and do it non-lethal. That would be a mad turn of events if Ocelot turned out to be her son. Without spoiling whether or not that is true, can you confirm if it is ever revealed who her son is? Obviously without saying who it is lol. That is so cool. There is a video I found called secret theatre or something. I am planning on doing a watchalong/reaction video to it so I can see all the extra bits I missed and give me thoughts on them. @@Welchy-TV It is never revealed specifically so the closest we get is in MGS 3 itself when EVA calls snake saying Ocelot is the son of a legendary soldier. hahaha. I was too engrossed in it all, knowing there is always so much to take in so I was concentrating so hard to make sure I missed as little as possible.
One thing I noticed all these years, you were briefed to meet with ADAM (I was hoping you’d pick up on when Ocelot said his real name: Adamska) obviously that didn’t happen, EVA instead intercepted you. ADAM did eventually show up, but the next day with his Ocelot Units. I really wish they released an alternative pathways, it’s always been bugging me for years but we will never know haha 😂
Make sure you grab the popcorn for MGS4! The cutscenes are the longest in the series but very, very entertaining!

that means when Ocelot was going to shoot snake before the sorrow boss it would have been a blank
