I have the Celestron Starsense Explorer 8 with the flat base. I have never seen if the telescope should be on level ground when aligning, just asking about near level ground not something way off.
I’m looking to upgrade my red dot finder for my 8se to a apetura 8x50. Just wondering if the dovetail bracket would fit. Would you upgrade for a go to system?
