One of my favorite UA-camrs breaking a nearly year-long hiatus to upload a vid of my all-time favorite athlete in an extremely rare game to find. THIS is how you start your week.
For me, Miller was the 2nd best shooting guard (behind Jordan) from the mid 90s til 2000. Previously, the 2nd spot had been dominated by Clyde Drexler from about '87-'93.
I only recall seeing Reggie dunk about 6 times my whole life watching him growing up but I've come across a good portion of UA-cam vids of him dunking someone needs to make a Reggie Miller dunk compilation video💪🏾
Thanks for uploading this! I've been searching for this game for years...and really nice touch to include Jalen's last basket to reach 40! Also...Reggie was a different beast in the playoffs...can't understand how Philly let him get so many open looks in this game..might be what Reggie would play like against today's defenses lol
@@ec7057they just jealous athleticism has improved vertical, shooting, dunks, handles only thing basketball lacks today is defensive and the rules have changed that makes the game soft.

Just a reminder to people who think miller isn’t a hall of famer and other legends were better, he beat Shaq and hardaway, Patrick Ewing, iverson, ray allen in the playoffs… guys you consider better than him. He took Jordan and pippen to seven games, took Shaq and Kobe to 6 games I. The nba finals, something iverson and Jason Kidd could not do, put up great scoring stats against Joe dumars in the first round of the playoffs and put up better scoring numbers than Larry bird when they played and even took some wins against Boston. I’m confident he would have played great in the playoffs if he faced Gary Payton’s defense, Duncan ginobli Parker and Bruce Bowen defense would have trouble stopping him, I’m sure Dwayne wade in his prime was not stopping Reggie either in the playoffs. Reggie miller has more bodies than guys of his era that you consider better like Barkley, Ewing, Robinson etc I don’t think these guys had more wins against hall of famers than Reggie did. If the pacers had went to the finals instead of the knocks and played Hakeem, I’m sure Reggie miller would have played great against the rockets too! He would have lit up Drexler if they played in the finals.

Would have loved to see Reggie play drexler in the playoffs ! Best of three! They would have contrasted so well
Reggie with the cross release. Unique.
what a great performance!Reggie and jalen got 40 each
Ive literally waited decades to see this

Iverson in his absolute greatest, he was great with his crossover.
I really miss those days. Miller was a hell of a player and deserved a title at least.
He can make those three's.
If he deserved one, he would’ve won it.
@@d3adyoutubeaccount basketball is a collective sport. Nobody wins alone.
Thank you so much for uploading this game🙏🏽🙌🏽✊🏾👊🏾. One of my favorite Reggie Miller's game.
Did i see kukoc on 76's squad with AI & mutumbo?
That's back to back 40 point games. He had 41 vs Milwaukee in Game 5
This is amazing this is when basketball was actually basketball
Not the stupid 3 pointer game.
Boomer
@@hectorlopez1069 hating on players that are good at shooting 3s is wild but not surprised coming from an old head

40 for Jalen rose and 40 for Reggie miller in the playoffs
Reggie and Jalen went off.... whew
Thank you so much for uploading this 🥹🙏🏾
Greatest shooter of all time!! Not Steph and not Ray Allen cause he did this against real defense with less shot attempts
I didnt see any defense.
No one could hit a difficult shot from 30+ feet out like Steph, maybe dame but Steph popularized it
without reggie theres no Miller Time
Killer Miller
one of my fav rivalries
I remember this game so much I can near quote verbatim all of Marv Albert's commentating
I wish the whole game was available on YT.
Reggie and Rose combined for 80 points, and the rest of the team scored only 28😂
Coming of a 41 point game against the Bucks
Reggie Miller was a problem
Shoutout the great bill walton.
What a great team
preesh Ate it
" Mike, this kid's got a hot hand right now"
I barely remember this series
