Hi, You talked usb in your last video. Can you help? I have a G9 and I'd like to shoot time lapse OUTDOORS with very high number of frames but of course there is a limit to battery life. Easy to link to mains power indoors but have you found a powerbank to actually power the G9 directly from the powerbank, perhaps through the usb port, not just recharge? I have looked all over and cannot find an answer. Thanks, Tony
Hello! I had only used this function with AC adapter. Tried it with a power bank that should put out 2.4 A. Did work at first but didn't work the second time I connected the camera to the power bank... the AC adapter puts out 1.8 A so the power bank should work. Maybe you need a power bank with fast charge output?
@@TeaJayPhotography Thamks for the reply. I'm going to buy a power bank for other reasons so would be happy to feed back to you. Any guidance on spec or model ,e.g. Anker xyz, would be appreciated. I fully understand it might not work but as I need one anyway, I'd be willing to experiment! Thanks.

Things I forgot: G9 can be used for tethered shooting and also for streaming via usb and Lumix software. Anything else I should have mentioned?
Did you notice differences in the internal IBIS system of the GX80 and GX9 in video mode?
I don't own the GX9 so I can't say anything about it.
@@TeaJayPhotography Sorry was a typo. Question was IBIS GX80 vs G9 ?
Ah, ok. IBIS is a lot better on the G9. Not that the GX80 is bad, but G9 is quite a step up.
@@TeaJayPhotography Thanks !
What is the name of the eyecup you got?
Panasonic DMC-EC4GU. Stated in the video btw ;-)
