The question which always keep coming to my mind. If cayenne and other herbs can treat illness like Blood pressure , etc.. and they ask people to consult their doctor first if they are under medication. Why in the first place they don't treat them with herbs. Same with COVID. Instead instruct people how to boost their immune system, they want to jab everybody including kids. All about money and I am always saying drug companies no different than mass destruction weapons manufactures
@ John Shirbini...its all about to change and Drs will be treating us with natural herbs, vitamins and foods that are not harmful and Medical Beds and Tesla Chambers Thank you God Bless You
Thanks Nurse Jenn. I have been using Cayenne pepper powder for more than 25 years. I take it with me when I travel. I now have Cayenne that is 160,000 HU's. Some days I take 1/4 teaspoon to 1/2 teaspoon 3 times a day. I don't recommend anyone take a teaspoon of Cayenne in water as a beginner. If you do you will certainly be sorry that you did. It will kick you hard in the stomach. Even if you have Cayenne at 40,000 HU's start slow with at most 1/4 teaspoon.
Wow! Taking it that long, have you noticed any major benefits? I assume youre generally healthy though if you've stuck with it for that long. I'm thinking about adding it to my morning smoothies
I took it last night only about a quarter of a teaspoon in a cup of tea. My blood pressure (I cannot telerate it any stronger was:187/94. Botton line it works. This AM it is 128/69
I just start drinking Chayenne pepper with honey mixed. I take with spoon and drink water . I heat up water and put Lemon in and drink the worm water. It's help the pain in my right ankle and swelling gone down. Thank you I found this herb. Thank you for your channel.
I use to put cayenne pepper on my food alot as a teen but I haven't in years, i never knew it had health benefits, now I see why I been craving it so much lately
I take capsules. My leg trouble has subsided. No more heaviness in calves. No more jumpy calves. I used to have heart trouble from high cholesterol, but since taking for my legs, I haven't had an episode. Don't know if it's related but enjoying the benefits. Drinking it is out of the question for me, it makes me gag.
Also known to stop chest pains & heart attacks. I’ve listened to GP’s who do Home Visits, majority of clients were elderly. GP said he always has cayenne pepper powder in his Med Box, has treated lots having heart attacks & said he’s ever lost a patient!!
You should grow it, you should grow Cayenne pepper. Oh, yeah, didn't do it, I'll get so stiff in the morning. I'll cut my things says dear fuck I hardly pay
I was at doctor no bp symptoms but took bp 220 /110. I refused going to the hospital came home took cayenne adjusted diet next week 140 /90 I'm 61 stoic woman
I had very bad endometriosis & 2 surgeries & it keeps on coming back. Taking Advil 1000mg every 6 hours. I thought of drinking milk only for added calcium to make my bone stronger but to my surprise, my endometriosis is gone. So my menstruation is back to normal no more excruciating pain. Totally felt like a miracle. I recommemded it to my friends who have period cramps & pain is gone. You might want to try it.😉
@@allfirst6458 Im confused by the wording of your comment. Are you saying the 1000mg advil helped? Or the calcium?? Because dairy is usually not reccomended with endo and cab make it worse and cause more tissue growths. Or did you try cayenne and youre saying that cayenne helped rid your endo in response to the original post about cayenne?
Well have been taking the powdered form for years twice a day. As well as other healthy herbs and spices including turmeric. Exercise almost every day for 3o mins. I have high blood pressure, had a stroke a few years ago and high cholesterol. I recently had congestion due to a virus that lasted weeks. So does it really do all its claimed? Not so sure.
As a master herbalist I know the virtues of Cayenne pepper, and it can most certainly stop a heart attack in its tracks. However, it is case dependent. It depends to a large extent to the history of the patient; how they've treated their body, what their diets are like overall, what other habits they have, their environment, genetic make up and so forth. It needs to be kept in mind that no one equally responds to any therapy the same way. Not even drug for that matter. One person can take Tylenol for a headache and it works just fine, another person cannot get any relief from Tylenol. So it's case dependent. As an herbalist, I do a thorough interview of any new client to learn their background. I go to their house to see how they live and delve deep in the very specific details of their lives; before I ever formulating a treatment plan for their health problems. The reason I do this is because each individual has little idiosyncrasies, Unique to them, that would require a specific type of approach individualized to their specific situation. All good master Herbalist's or barefoot doctors, or naturapaths ,or any other healer, should never fail to take these idiosyncrasies Into account, because it has a great deal to do with whether their patient is going to get better, or stay the same or get worse. And even after my thorough investigation of every individual patient, I can only suggest and recommend. If they do not follow exactly, my protocol then their health, or failure to gain it back is on them. As I said, a good natural healer will spend at least an hour or two with you as a new patient; Learning everything they can about your lifestyle, your genetics, your environment, your diet et cetera. It's more than a medical doctor will give you! You're lucky if they spend ten minutes with you. And then they prescribe your drugs, which In the end, will produce worse situations for you: because they are themselves toxic, and they create a cascade effect in your body producing other problems. They are treating you without taking due diligence to get enough information to be successful in actually helping you back to wellness. Sure, they may be able to manage your illness, but that's not the same as bringing you back to a healthy state.
@@branchingvine I just wish I could come off the blood thinner and blood pressure tablets but I fear another stroke if I did. I did ask the doctor on my last visit if they could find the reason why my blood pressure is high instead of treating the symptoms. She wasn't very concerned and got quite agitated saying all she is doing is treating it accordingly. Its just one of those things I have been handed by genetics unfortunately. I take as many natural supplements , eat the right food that are supposed to be good for blood pressure but I still need the meds. And yet I know people who don't live a healthy lifestyle, eat junk, get little sleep, hardly any exercise and they have textbook cholesterol and blood pressure. Life sometimes doesn't seem fair.

You should be fine as long as you don't consume excessive amounts, it is concerning that you had that reaction with Jalapeños though, they aren't that spicy.
Not meaning to be cruel or unkind but as a Nurse shouldn't you be about 40lbs lighter? I find it hard to take medical advice from people that obviously do not take their own health very seriously. Do you eat a lot of bread, pasta, grains, fruits and other carbohydrates? Maybe it's time the medical community started taking a closer look at why so many of them are overweight. I am astounded every time I see Nurses on the news that weigh in excess of 200 hundred pounds. I'm 70, 5'11" and weight 140lbs. My ex-doctor is 45, 5'7" and weighs about 250lbs....hard to take anyone like that seriously.....
Wow!! Who hurt you??? Who is responsible for your childhood trauma?? As a human being you are ugly and your heart bitter. You are a thin sad person!! Forgive yourself and others only then you will become a human and the bitterness and anger will leave you.
"Healthy" weight depends on the person, everyone's body is different. There's plenty of unhealthy people walking around at 140 lbs for example. Can't always judge by what you think you see on a UA-cam video.
I'm inclined to agree, only this evening a doctors surgery was featured on TV and said doctor was a large lady for sure. I certainly wouldn't take dietary advice from her. It would be like going to a blind optician for an eye test... My ex was a nurse and some of her workmates were very big girls indeed. They blamed it on the huge amounts of chocolates that surviving patients brought in, - all too tempting on a long night shift...
It’s not wise to put unsolicited “BODY WEIGHT” advice on a public forum Dan. While you are correct that nurses have quite the percentage of overweight BMI, it is from multiple factors that health administrators could not solve LET ALONE A RANDON PERSON ON THE INTERNET. This is from the ANA’s report highlighting nursing self care.
