    The question which always keep coming to my mind. If cayenne and other herbs can treat illness like Blood pressure , etc.. and they ask people to consult their doctor first if they are under medication. Why in the first place they don't treat them with herbs. Same with COVID. Instead instruct people how to boost their immune system, they want to jab everybody including kids. All about money and I am always saying drug companies no different than mass destruction weapons manufactures

    Thanks Nurse Jenn. I have been using Cayenne pepper powder for more than 25 years. I take it with me when I travel. I now have Cayenne that is 160,000 HU's. Some days I take 1/4 teaspoon to 1/2 teaspoon 3 times a day. I don't recommend anyone take a teaspoon of Cayenne in water as a beginner. If you do you will certainly be sorry that you did. It will kick you hard in the stomach. Even if you have Cayenne at 40,000 HU's start slow with at most 1/4 teaspoon.

      I had very bad endometriosis & 2 surgeries & it keeps on coming back. Taking Advil 1000mg every 6 hours. I thought of drinking milk only for added calcium to make my bone stronger but to my surprise, my endometriosis is gone. So my menstruation is back to normal no more excruciating pain. Totally felt like a miracle. I recommemded it to my friends who have period cramps & pain is gone. You might want to try it.😉

      As a master herbalist I know the virtues of Cayenne pepper, and it can most certainly stop a heart attack in its tracks. However, it is case dependent. It depends to a large extent to the history of the patient; how they've treated their body, what their diets are like overall, what other habits they have, their environment, genetic make up and so forth. It needs to be kept in mind that no one equally responds to any therapy the same way. Not even drug for that matter. One person can take Tylenol for a headache and it works just fine, another person cannot get any relief from Tylenol. So it's case dependent. As an herbalist, I do a thorough interview of any new client to learn their background. I go to their house to see how they live and delve deep in the very specific details of their lives; before I ever formulating a treatment plan for their health problems. The reason I do this is because each individual has little idiosyncrasies, Unique to them, that would require a specific type of approach individualized to their specific situation. All good master Herbalist's or barefoot doctors, or naturapaths ,or any other healer, should never fail to take these idiosyncrasies Into account, because it has a great deal to do with whether their patient is going to get better, or stay the same or get worse. And even after my thorough investigation of every individual patient, I can only suggest and recommend. If they do not follow exactly, my protocol then their health, or failure to gain it back is on them. As I said, a good natural healer will spend at least an hour or two with you as a new patient; Learning everything they can about your lifestyle, your genetics, your environment, your diet et cetera. It's more than a medical doctor will give you! You're lucky if they spend ten minutes with you. And then they prescribe your drugs, which In the end, will produce worse situations for you: because they are themselves toxic, and they create a cascade effect in your body producing other problems. They are treating you without taking due diligence to get enough information to be successful in actually helping you back to wellness. Sure, they may be able to manage your illness, but that's not the same as bringing you back to a healthy state.

      @Ian-gw2vx Рік тому +4

      @@branchingvine I just wish I could come off the blood thinner and blood pressure tablets but I fear another stroke if I did. I did ask the doctor on my last visit if they could find the reason why my blood pressure is high instead of treating the symptoms. She wasn't very concerned and got quite agitated saying all she is doing is treating it accordingly. Its just one of those things I have been handed by genetics unfortunately. I take as many natural supplements , eat the right food that are supposed to be good for blood pressure but I still need the meds. And yet I know people who don't live a healthy lifestyle, eat junk, get little sleep, hardly any exercise and they have textbook cholesterol and blood pressure. Life sometimes doesn't seem fair.

    Not meaning to be cruel or unkind but as a Nurse shouldn't you be about 40lbs lighter? I find it hard to take medical advice from people that obviously do not take their own health very seriously. Do you eat a lot of bread, pasta, grains, fruits and other carbohydrates? Maybe it's time the medical community started taking a closer look at why so many of them are overweight. I am astounded every time I see Nurses on the news that weigh in excess of 200 hundred pounds. I'm 70, 5'11" and weight 140lbs. My ex-doctor is 45, 5'7" and weighs about 250lbs....hard to take anyone like that seriously.....

      I'm inclined to agree, only this evening a doctors surgery was featured on TV and said doctor was a large lady for sure. I certainly wouldn't take dietary advice from her. It would be like going to a blind optician for an eye test... My ex was a nurse and some of her workmates were very big girls indeed. They blamed it on the huge amounts of chocolates that surviving patients brought in, - all too tempting on a long night shift...

While you are correct that nurses have quite the percentage of overweight BMI, it is from multiple factors that health administrators could not solve LET ALONE A RANDON PERSON ON THE INTERNET. This is from the ANA’s report highlighting nursing self care.
