Best salt and pepper chicken video I've found. I made this dish twice, and the batter and frying technique is what makes this dish pop. Also, the aromatics is a very nice touch. I've used the batter to also fry salt and pepper fish fillets. Turned out like the restaurant versions. well done.

A Chinese place in Michigan has amazing peppered chicken, but i moved to NM and the 1 place here doesn't know how to cook it so it's really small pieces and overcooked with a burnt flavor every time. Most of the time it's too hard to eat. This recipe looks great and even though it says Salt and Pepper chicken, i think it's very close to the dish i remember and loved. I'm going to try it soon.
