[World Record]

- This was so good I actually beat my sum of best up to that point. This run is actually pretty good. Small problems on Missions 5 and 11 but otherwise acceptable. Two world records one day.
Real time minus the time between missions is 1:35:34. Reloading makes game time inaccurate so that isn't recorded for this run.
My best records for each mission: • [Best Missions] 1:28:4...

"Let's build anywhere 0% glitches run" love it.
The most annoying mission is "Rescue Tratos"
I like what you got. Good job!
"Destroy all NOD forces, in the area."
--EVA, when wanting to destroy all my time.
aka the world's most boring hide and seek.
I wasn't aware of that tabbing-out method. Looks cool!
It's a really neat glitch yeah. I discovered it originally from watching Kotti's Nod Campaign run some time ago. I found alt-tabbing is both faster and less restrictive than his method, though it can jarring if you stumble on microing. I'll make a tutorial video on it sometime.
What is the soundtrack used bro at 56:10 ? pretty neat soundtrack
That song is Recon by Frank Klepacki. I listen to the majority of his songs for my runs. You can see what I'm playing on the bottom left corner.
Vincent ter Horst I am Russian)
(Правда-true)
That is why I prefer glitchless runs.
Nice run, champ!
damn the music tracks :D
I like this very much
The original music from tiberian sun fits better.
you do know that the enemy AI can make soldiers with just a barracks and no money?
the bug Hacker Rule move Tab movement?..
Name of track during Rescue Tratos?
Space Echo by VEF4
looking for this game that was able to be play on window 10.... really love this legendary game
look for c&c net versions
i would prob enjoy a "no building glitch" run alot more^^
It just makes the run go so SLOW :(
if the glitch was when "alt tab, mission accomplished" would you make a run of that anf do you think people would care to watch? if so why, if not, why not?
Bugrun
Has someone done a "no death" run? Where you don't lose any units that you aren't forced to lose due to cinematics.
To be honest, I'm not sure that's actually possible, there will always be things that happen unexpectedly in these games that cant be accounted for, so for a no death run, I'm almost positive its not possible, sorry.
Mind to explain how the glitch work?? =)

It works easiest in windowed mode (which requires 16-bit mode to be enabled). After clicking the building but before placing it down, if you alt-tab out of the game, move the cursor to where you want to build, and click, it'll build there regardless of if it's legal (so long as it's possible in theory, so no cliff building).
This is BLATANT CHEATING, and it makes your record INVALID (as it does with ALL records which use this method!)
@@ROMaster2 you are a f cuking cheater !!! no record
He's not running glitchless, so the run is still valid
@@agentorange153 have you ever seen any speedrun ever? This is completely fine haha, try watch doom eternal speedrun lol, if you can handle it :D
but nod campaign WR only took 30 mins... :(
I'll be running the Nod Campaign soon enough, for both Tiberian Sun and Firestorm. Kotti's record is pretty free as he used a different way to use the glitch.
As for it being slower, blame the 'kill everyone' missions, they're the worst parts of the run.
I don't see an obvious way to frame optimize those kill-everyone missions. Maybe someone in the future will have an idea? lol
Window xp?
Running in a virtual machine, yeah.
@@ROMaster2why WinXP in vm? You can just use cnc ddraw wrapper on modern OS... is it because of Alt-Tab ?
@@LindenAshbyMK the wrappers gave me nothing but trouble. A VM was the most stable for me at the time.
Are you playing this from a rom? If so, where’d you get them at??
Too Bad. Using bugs to pass missions not very interesting.
I have to agree, but the GDI faction is so bloody slow and not fun to speedrun with. I should have done Nod first.
Using bugs for speedrunning is pretty common practice, I'm just saying. I'm just glad that someone did a speedrun of TS, the game deserves more love than it actually got ❤
