Wow , stunning. The architecture , the finishes , the attention to detail are second to none. I’d personally do something a little different on the top terrace , but hey I’d be be very picky to find fault with this Riad. It fills your sense’s , a true inspiration.

I saw some of the other places but this one is by far the best...the detail is flawless, the price is right, and it seems it's not too overwhelming in size. Definitely worth seeking a second citizenship here.

Great wall fixture at 2:27. Definitely made the room and set the atmosphere.

How do the courtyards drain away rain water?
The internal courtyard floors are shaped to take the water to the main drain and out of the Riad. From there, it goes to the water treatment plants outside the Medina.

I'm not a specialist in Hindu architecture. However, the origins of Marrakech courtyard houses can probaly be found in Etruscan farmyards and Senegalese homestead compounds.
