This is the official visualizer for my song "Defiance", which I released yesterday.
This is the most innovative song I've ever made, dealing with jazz chord progressions and a 5/4 time signature, along with some interesting sound design techniques I haven't used before. The main reason I made this song to begin with was the frustration of being unable to find a tutorial on this kind of music, so I decided to do it myself. Though I am just dipping my toes into jazz music theory, the main technique I learned is to look at a circle of 5ths table for a bit, draw some lines connecting some chords, and BOOM you have a song. I certainly have a long way to go in my music production journey, but this is a step up in creativity for me for sure.

You're overdoing hard-to-get chords, melody should be some brighter. Song is awesome! Where's tutorials(i'm about the visualizer)?
1.) Don't give out criticism if not asked.
2.) The complexity of chords is pretty much entirely up to them, if you don't like/enjoy it then listen to some other music.
3.) The mixing on the melody seems fine imo, though that's not my best department.

nah the criticism is alright, i personally think it'd be pretty anti-freedom-of-speech of me to block out all criticism just because i didnt ask, but thats just my opinion. And @43tss yeah im not the best at mixing (yet), so i can agree with that, but the hard-to-get chords thing is exactly what i was going for. I personally dont think its that hard to get, but then again, ive been listening to it while making it for the past couple of months so im probably biased lol.
