      You’d like some of my shows. I’m a Detroit guy. Ex gangster. Did 13 years in prison. Mafia tied. Was a wild dude. In prison I wrote 9 novels, met and fell in love with a NYC publishing executive, married her the day after my release. Now my books are being called “the next Godfather.” A doc is being made this year. I’ve shared a few hundred stories on my channel but took all the best ones down.     I think I read somewhere an Sicilian named gaetano badlamenti ( don Tano) got a 50 key shipment of dog knocked off in early 50s coming into Detroit he was the leader of the pizza connection and boss of the Sicilian Mafia in Sicily so the dog been jumping in the city for a long time ....I'd have to fact check been awhile since I read about don tano

    With all due respect but as Big as Eddie Jackson was in the city and there is no doubt he was a major figure, but he definitely was never the biggest...he was one of the most well known and most flashy but the city has always had guys Bigger who hustled in the shadows and was very low-key.. remember the city didn't go dry when he went away because Bigger guys kept the streets flooded
