These OGs got all the CLASS. The way he speaks with minimal fillers and repetitives "naw what i mean" "u know what im saying" These are the interviews i really enjoy to listen. Kinda teaches and motivates me how to stop using fillers and such. The Dress code is immaculate
I never understood the dudes that said “you know what I’m saying “ 5 times in a short sentence. It’s like “yes , I speak and understand English so I do know what you’re saying”. I personally think that saying that makes you sound very unintelligent, you know what I’m saying LOL
This was an excellent video. Great interview will an OG with class. These were type of guys I looked up to as a youngster in the 90’s. Negra , you did a great job as always. I love the way you carry yourself. Glad to see these these type of men and women still exist. 😎
A piece of this interview hit close to me. My dad wasn’t in a regular street gang but he had ties and was involved with organized crime. Like Popeyes son though I went into the military and became a police officer after leaving the military. My experience growing up has led me to a life that most police officers aren’t exposed to and many times I use it to connect and find common ground with those I come in contact with.
Saludos all the way from Cabo San Lucas Baja California Sur México 🇲🇽 nice interview glad to see you changed your life around negra! Also great testimony from Popeye!
This channel is doing something Right, Numbers speak for themselves. Im listening and trying to understand how to be more outgoing and communicate as these two.
Fighting always has its ups and downs ...you win some, you lose some. And drug use is always a choice although it may be addictive you have to make that change to better your life before you waste yourself away. May God help all those going through it.
There's no place like home East Los home of the throne - the difference between East Los and sgv is that most gangs in the sgv have the whole school sometimes the whole city just to one gang - and in East Los you had multiple gangs in one school - that means gangbanging everyday you feel me - but it's good to see Ray doing de aquellas 👍🏼 he came a long way and it always feels good to see Raza doing the damn thing - keep up the good work Ray - QUE VIVA LA RAZA Y PURO CHICANO POWER ...
Mrs.C , I love your style in these interviews I happen to know your homie "Luis" Sicko from Drew St he speaks highly of you.. As far as this Vato and his neighborhood they ain't nothing like East Los or South Central. When I was a teenager we had an apartment in Casa Moreno apartments in the heart of their hood and we got into with them for hitting up in their hood back in 1997 shot out to Lil Man - Lil Dingo and whoever else got down at paseo de Oro with the East Los Angeles 13 DUKES
🫡🫡to you Negra.. real quick started listening and when he said no (Disrespect to East Los we didn’t mingle with our enemies ).. I’m a lot younger but in All East Los Boyle Heights Schools were AKTIVE!! No Disrespect but we didn’t have to go to another city…
I give Popeye alot of credit being honest about being outnumbered, was so true. One thing he doesn’t say is Danny A was a big statured guy and had a reputation for being a hard - hitting $% and I’m pretty sure he was southpaw.
I've been wanting to tune in since your interview on American cholo. You have some dope interview just like Popeye but unfortunately with my jale make it hard but I definitely tune keep them comin! Saludos fr San Diego
