I have found that if you are 230lbs if you step on the foot step before stepping on the wing to get in you will tip the plane onto its tail. Big guys have to step directly on the wing.
A pull lever for the chute located under the push/pull throttle. What could go wrong. Looks nice otherwise. Pushrods is great I’m sure. What will the “real” MTOW be after the LSA rules come out. 300 extra lbs would make a plane like this truly great. So are all of their legal woes resolved?
A superb aircraft. As it's the LSA version, I'm surprised that there's still no foot step under the wing - due to location of the split flaps? Nevertheless I'd like one!
Used....$40k-$60k for the older versions with the less streamlined canopy. I have a 2006 model. Nice little airplane but just don't be in a hurry to get anywhere. They're not the fastest SLSA out there. The cabin roominess is superb, like you're sitting ON it rather than IN it. They have great endurance with the fuel load it can carry.
