First time hearing Earthside, first time hearing Keturah. That sound, with that voice, I don't think I've ever been so affected by a piece of music, and I'm ahundredeleventytwelve years old.
I legit thought keturah was a tenor with a higher set voice similar to Ashe O'Hara or Anthony Green, but i was pleasantly surprised when i found out keturah was an alto-mezzo belter. She has this beautiful androgynous energy and tone in her voice that feels like a beautiful, balanced mix of masculine and feminine energies that I've seen only a handful of people be able to pull off. Kudos to Keturah and kudos to you beautiful souls at earthside. Y'all never cease to amaze your audience.

These are the words I've been having difficulty in finding to describe her sound. Thanks for finding them for me lol
Maybe it's due to me being from a part of the world where lower voices are more common, but I thought her voice is still decidedly feminine, just... raw, powerful and natural. It has some 'white voice' (see wikipedia) quality to it.
I had a similar thought, but honestly what it comes down to me is the vocal character, between the delivery and the timbre. Both are excellent, they bounce between tender parts, powerful belts, and those smooth sustains. The voice fits the song absolutely beautifully both when it's heavy and soft and she nailed it.

How can i call this? It's almost an evolution to the structure of the last album self titled song but with the heavy emotion of the last song. It's romantic, agressive, technical, beautiful, all at the same time. Holly shit.

What caught my attention is how this is truly an international track. I mean, vocals recorded in Buckingham, QC; drums in Woodstock, NY; lead guitars in Stockholm, SE and rhythm guitars in Burlington, CT, geez! Ok, I'm obsessed with this song. The melody, the lyrics and holy hell, her vocals and that bravado. You guys are masters of creating ambience and art space. Might sound a bit much, but I picture this being the soundtrack song our creator had in the background when the cosmos was created. Amazing production! OK I’ve listen to the song twice in my mind is just blown. The first time I was assuming to it I just kind of did a surface lesson, but the second time I did a deeper dive, and was like holy crap what is this? I would expect no less from earth side, though if this is one of the songs off of the new album that supposed to be coming shut up and take my money.
This music is a revelation from other spheres.

OMG I love this, and her voice is sooooo amazing!! I love the rhythmic contrasts but how everything keeps so balanced because of its ethereal base. Keturah's vocals remind me a bit of Eddie Vedder's vocal work, it is so powerful. Thanks for doing such beautiful music, guys. Love you.

Glad I could catch the premiere and hear it first hand, Keturah vocals really surprised me, not the quality per se, what I had heard from her after your announcement was interesting but it was in another registry what I heard from Keturah, her vocals transition to a more prog metal/rock sonority fit really well. And you were all top notch once again, 8 minutes passed by flying and that it means I was enjoying it a lot. I will more than likely be relistening this over and over again.
Waiting for the entire new CD to be released not just the single. When can we expect an ALBUMS worth of matl including the last EPIC single?!!! Need more Earthside for sure!!
