I loved this video, as this subject always concerned me. We have chosen to have an employee meal menu and they can choose what they want to eat from it and it’s free. One meal per shift. Or if they want to have something that is out of the employee meal menu, they can buy it with a 30% discount.

In the morning I would personally make free breakfast for the team that came in early. I also make sure my employees don’t leave work hungry
