I had no idea you were also an electrical engineer! That's been my career for the last ten years, and hopefully many more. Your story telling was absolutely fascinating, seems like your books might need to go on my reading list.

Yes friend . That’s one thing I have learned being in the restaurant industry for 47 years, there is no way I could have owned and managed to successful restaurant without an engineering degree. Thank you for reaching out!

Powder propane? Untouchable flour? I don't wonder why everyone has health issues, but you explain it so well. The entirely edible basket reminds me of the school salad bar, except they didn't want us to want to eat the pretty stuff like the lemon slices and leafy greens. They thought of them as decoration, a concept I refused to accept. Good, healthy food isn't expensive, but it requires diligence, and your explanation makes it a reasonable expectation. Thank you.

Thank you so much Lydia! It doesn't take much to eat healthy. A little persistence and a little discrimination and obviously some knowledge. All the best!

Looks great but the 50 minutes is just to arrange the food that it would take weeks to prepare…or cost a fortune to buy pre-prepared, surely?

@@Pinkbatrobi in a home kitchen the better part of a day. Not really a fortune if you purchased in bulk for fifty people. Cheers
