Easy Biscoff Cake

  • Recipe
    1.5 jars of Biscoff
    2 large eggs
    1.5 tsp baking powder
    A few crumbled Biscoff biscuits
    Method
    1. Mix together 1 jar biscoff, the eggs and baking powder until well combined
    2. Bake at 160c for 30 mins
    3. Remove cake from tin and cool
    4. Cover with melted Biscoff and crumbled biscuits
    Melt the Biscoff in the microwave very gently as it doesn’t take long
    Use a 6inch cake tin, greased and lined with baking/greaseproof paper
