Jeff Buckley Master Tech installs Bilstein 5100 Series Struts.

Jeff Buckley of My Fathers Shop ,Midlothian Tx. shows what’s involved in Installing Bilstein series 5100 Struts. These were installed on a Ford F-150 King Ranch 4x4 . These replacements struts are adjustable allowing the Ride height to be raised.

Did you replace the upper control arms when you lifted the truck ?

No , it was just a 2” level

Great video. Heard that 51 series can do only mild offroading. Is it true? Also how is the ride quality on road. Will 2.5 inch make the ride too stiff or 2 inch adjustment will be ideal?

Shehzad Hamza mostly to level the look , great ride after alignment.

Jeff Buckley Thanks. But does the shock adjustment gives ground clearance or only adding bigger tires gives ground clearance? Does this function as a suspension lift or like a body lift?

First, fix the camera focus. Second, place the camera close so we can see exactly what he is removing and installing.
