Tan poca harina es como un flan. Yo nunca e logrado buen resultados en cosas dulces con harina sin gluten pque son tan humedad q no se cosen por dentro y después se bajan. Creo q al coser a vapor debe ser fácil coser

大琼 请问如果我热油的时候油温太高了 烫面的时候就算加了奶也没流动性了 后期会影响口感吗?因为没温度计 第一次热到冒烟了😆第二次手放在上面热了我就弄了
第二份的烫面油温没那么高可是流动性还是没老师那么好 不过成果很好哦😍😍 希望大琼可以回复我之前的问题 好让我决定第一份的烫面是否要丢掉或者继续做呢?

I use the kitchenaid oven, previously I used the whirpool oven also works very well. please check the real temperature in your oven.

請問你用上下火還是下火烤,我用上下火,糕面炸開了,我已調低至140度,是什麼原因?
美国这边的烤箱是只有下火的,但是烤箱很大,所以温度比较均衡,每个烤箱的温度不一样,你可以降低温度,还有蛋白霜打发的一定要软哦,湿性发泡
@@qiongcooking 謝謝你的回覆,我剛再烤一個,只用下火,但烤了20分鐘開始有裂痕了,蛋白霜已經是濕性發泡,軟軟的,就是不知什麼原因!已經做了六七個都不成功,看來要放棄了😓
@@josephinelee221 估计温度对你家的烤箱来说还是太高了。把温度调到110-120试试。

表皮开裂是温度太高了估计下次你适当降低温度,放在烤箱中下层烤哦,蛋白霜不稳定的话就会塌陷,所以打发蛋白霜的时候尽量后面中低速打发
