Well, until Avalanche/WB talks about this officially, I'm going to put it in the realm of very happy possibility. Assuming there is one coming, the Collector's Edition of Hogwarts Legacy could (God willing) be the first Collector's Edition of a game I've bought since Fable III in 2010. If any game deserves and needs a Collector's Edition, Hogwarts Legacy would be the one. :)

If god of war ragnarok comes with a leviathan axe or mjolnir statue I’m 100% buying it, and that’s a very likely option since kratos and Atreus were the last one so I doubt they’d use them again
I wish we could get a goblet of fire dlc. I feel like the goblet of fire tri-wizard tournament would be a reoccurring thing every 7 years or so. So why not add it to hogwarts legacy?

i wish, but if theyre super strict on lore, the last tri wizard tournament prior to 1994 was 1792 and i think even in the book they specified they stopped because it was too dangerous. its still a nice thought though. only thing i want is an online dueling club lol
Could be like, if game is single player, so it could have PVP queue registration for Wizard dueling tournament
Imagine it but in a more horror like scenario to give us the same scary feeling when they first went in to the goblet of fire DLC such as maybe a intense maze session. ( Bonus points if they hypotechically added multiplayer so we can compete against one another. )
I would love it, but at the same time I don’t want it, the triwizard competition took up a whole Harry Potter book, I feel like if they put it in the game it’ll be too much and ruin the game.. they need to stick to the story and not cater to everything the Harry Potter fandom wants.

Talking about a game DLC before the game is out is a bad omen . i hope the company is not talking about it . its been bad since some company's do this to pull from real facts of what might happen to the game .

Honestly honestly a Triwizard cup dlc would be everything
Okay I’ve thought of this for a bit but now I have to think it’s true. So what if the reason our character starts out as a 5th year is because he was home schooled but was transferred to hogwarts when caught and that’s why we have to go to Azkaban! His parents got sent there for not using a main school that is traditionally used in the wizarding world and our character might want to break them out
interesting, i wonder what the clothing items mentioned will look like on our character, or what the deal will be with the dark wizard battle arena mentioned, is it gonna be like in kingdom hearts in olympus colliseum? like an area we battle other wizards or creatures to gain experience and prizes?
Dark wizard battle arena sounds almost like its own mode...but I'm wondering if it's just what they call the attire for a certain group of dark wizards?

Am I the only one who is hesitant to spend extra money on pre-orders at this point? I feel like I’ve been let down so many times… Still feeling the burn from Anthem. All those words have been removed from the website HTML code, I have tried looking for these words and they are not coming up so basically don't go and try to find these words as you'll get nothing because nothing has been finalized for what we are to get if we pre-order the game, so please take this with a pinch of salt and to be a rumor
I hope they come up with a collectors edition and I hope it gets delayed until beginning of next year. Mainly because I’m in the military so I’m broke. Thankfully I get out soon so I can actually make real money again.

Yeah that’s an interesting one…they’ve said no micro transactions so I’m thinking it will just be early access to things that will ultimately be obtained over the course of the game.

Well DLC just means "downloadable content" so the outfits/mount/robe would fit that criteria. I agree it's likely for deluxe/collector's editions of the game.

@@RetroRaconteur i think it makes some sence that the do something special for playstation owners due to the fact they have a marketing deal with song, but i hope they don't as i have a xbox series, and i'm really looking forward to this game
maybe some things could be maybe only in game cosmetic stuffs. i remember call of duty had some stuffs only playstation but example play 3 days before other sounds normally what comes when you preorder game/deluxe version so that should be on all platforms.

The PS5 standard version is up for pre-order at $69.99 USD. I could see a digital deluxe going for $79.99 or so. Hopefully not too much more. I've never been a huge fan of digital deluxe versions myself. Hoping for some epic physical items in a collector's edition!

Whenever a DLC “leak” before the game’s release it always feels like a cash grab… If they are working on a DLC before even releasing the game, it most likely will not be something amazing. It would something that have been in the core game… :(
