Have been having a foot injury for 2 years . Getting on the bike and using this video consistently has helped me lose 85 pounds and counting . Ive went from 300 to 215 . My goal is 185 and my feet are making great progress . videos are def recommended .

I'm not really into metal, so I brought up my Training playlist of favorite music videos on my big-screen TV and then put my laptop with your video right in front of it, so it only takes up a small part but it keeps me in the loop with your training and your perfectly timed bits of encouragement. When we cannot or don't find time to ride outdoors we all watch your vids on the tracstand (at different times). They are great! Thanks again.

OMG smooth roads, wouldn't that be nice. Guys - as I train on a mag trainer I normally work on cadence, no power meter, I know its old school but it works. Liking the new video here but is there any chance we could have a suggested cadence on screen? 👍😀
Music in this is not very pump up. Songs with beats that follow every time my feet hit the lowest point in the downward rotation when pedaling is best and easiest to build a cadence to. :)

I have a dumb question! How should I set my exercise bike up for these workouts
No need or any particular setup, just go harder during the efforts, and ease off for the recoveries.
