It didn't matter, but putting Ace of Spades and Bowl on Weaver adds 2 to the charged side for zero drawback

Excentric with the rogue items looked pretty solid to me, only 1 X and all good sides.
eccentric just kinda sucks, 4 damage and 4 damage descend are not all that good
He'd have two Xs, top and left. And voyix is right he's just not very good at base. You need some very strong left and/or mid replacers to make him good. Possible, but he's easily the worst yellow L3, and probably in the running for worst non-green L3.
