    would i am personally doing is a p90x3 max 30 hybrid so i follow the p90x3 classic schedule but i replace the p90x3 cardio workouts with max 30 cardio challenge, sweat intervals, and friday fight instead of the yoga workout of the week its hard but killer. One thing i must say is insanity max 30 is weak on resistance training, the p90 series will always be superior in the strength training aspects

      I replace Yoga and Pilates X with a 2 mile run. Some days I'll just play tennis.

      Which would you say is harder, Insanity max 30 or Insanity asylum?

    • @elaceaceak2357
      @elaceaceak2357 3 роки тому +1

      @@bryanguerra2010 depends on which day they are some workout of asylum that are fun (still hard ) like agility ...Talking about the workouts as the package of workouts insanity max 30 kind of easier
      1)because of the modifier track
      2)it's only 30 min
      Besides those workouts are. Not alike I like to compare them to p90x and p90x2 the Shaun T way .
      One thing I didn't like about asylum is the schedule it's hard.

    Hi Bob, just e-mailed you right now, and then just noticed this video.
    I've done Max30 Month 1, but would like to do a Hybrid program, maybe 3 days of Max30 and 2 days of P90X3 - even if I start from the beginning.
    I watched a few of the P90X3 videos and they frustrated me. Why? Because I had to rewind so many times to see what was going on. Total Synergistics for example, looks like a lot of memorization is required and nobody should have to pause a workout video at all. In Les Mills HITT workouts, they move fast, but at least the dumbbell and exercises are easily doable and don't require memorization, same with Max 30.
    Also, i'm not good at pull-ups. I also don't have a bar and don't have a place to put a bar up in my apartment, or even a resistance band. I don't live in a place that would allow me to anyway. At my work gym there is, but I can't do much at all, let alone these crazy ones in the workout.
    I would love to add weight training to my workouts, at least 2-3 days, followed my Max 30 type workouts for the other 2-3, but I don't know which program to combine with it, or which videos to use. All of the Upper Body has pull-ups, which I'm unable to do.
    I love Max 30, its so fun so far, but I need weight training to up my sports game that involves me throwing a ball. For a late 30 year old, its nice to be able to take on those who are 10+ years older than me, but I want more!
    Thoughts?
    Thanks again and keep up the cool videos !

      @BobSharpe  7 років тому +1

      Hey thanks for stopping by! There is absolutely no concern with having to rewind, pause, etc for the videos like P90X3. The thing is, as you keep at it you'll start to get better at it and then it almost becomes a thing where you don't even need to watch the video (just wait for the cues and rock it out).

    Hey Bob!
    So I have officially done Max:30 3 times (plus some "halfway through-falling off the horse" a few times as well) and I absolutely love it, but I want to know if it's a bad idea to keep repeating it. The fact is, I love the program! I'm not burned out on it, but if repeating it isn't best for results (as in if my body will "get used to it" for lack of better terms). What do ya got for me, Bob?

    Bob, I'm finishing my first round of x3 (classic) and I'm planning on going to the Mass model next. My question is, once I finish this month, plus the complex month, do I really need to do month 1 in Mass? Thanks!

    • @BobSharpe
      @BobSharpe  8 років тому

      That's your call based on what you would like to do - the 90 days is only there as a schedule outline. Now that you are a grad, you can morph it as you wish (just be sure to hit every major muscle group within the X3 format per week)

    is it possible to do the mass schedule of P90X3 with Insanity Max 30, both programs in one day. (Totally time 1 hour). Or should I cycle the programs.

    • @BobSharpe
      @BobSharpe  8 років тому +1

      It depends on your endurance and time - if you can do them both there really isn't anything that would hurt with that in mind. BUT, if you find you are not feeling it or falling off the wagon, cycle them daily.

    Hey Bob. I have done t25 already and have had amazing results. However, I have gained all my weight back. I'm 6 foot and weigh 200 lbs. I want a lean and muscular physique. I have tried p90x3 but I haven't been able to stick with it. Which one should I do? Insainty max 30 or P90x3?

    Which program would be best to start if I haven't really worked out in several years? I'm only 5'3 and weight 220lbs. There once was a time I was a size 6. I want that back but have a hard time moving until more weight comes off. So what do you think?

    • @BobSharpe
      @BobSharpe  7 років тому

      My all time favorite is INSANITY Max 30, but that depends if you are up for that challenge. If you are worried, I'd start with Focus T25, then build up to Max 30 in time. Feel free to connect over on sweetlifefitness.net and we can ensure you are set for success!

    Can you do both programs at the same time ? I mean do one hour work out in total , 30 mins of each program everyday ? Or that will be to much for your body ?

      As long as you follow the guidelines and are in the right energy level to do it, nothing wrong with it at all! If you check out my latest videos on "Hurricane Doubles" you'll see I'm doing that right now with 2 programs :-)

    • @BobSharpe

      If you are fired up about X3, then do that one (I have found the ones you are more passionate about are the ones you stay the most committed too) - so, you could start with X3 then transition into Max 30 after that one.

    • @BobSharpe
      @BobSharpe  8 років тому +2

      I'd recommend starting out with INSANITY Max 30 - and modify it daily with the on screen modifier. Trust me it'll work like a charm even with the modifier. Also, be sure to follow the container nutrition system they have with the program. We recently had someone drop 70 pounds just in the first 6 months using the program: sweetlifefitness.net/fitness-programs/insanity-max-30/

      now i think you would do better on p90x3 since it is not nearly as much grueling cardio as max 30, max 30 can get to you down mentally because of its hardness, where as p90x3 is doable for all levels and it mixes resistance training, cardio varieties, yoga, pilates, with p90x3 you have muchhhhh more variety than max 30 and p90x3 will kill the fat off of you by the end
