For today's video I will be teaching you on how to enable the PlayStation Vita's 4th CPU Core for your favorite Homebrew applications as well as retail games! It's been quite awhile since I've talked about the PlayStation Vita on my channel & I'm glad to make another tutorial/overview about these new set of Homebrew applications/plugins. • A Modded PS Vita that is already hacked Trinity/HENkaku/H-Encore/H-Encore²
• 3.60-3.73FW
• VitaShell
• Wi-Fi Connection
• FileZilla FTP Client or WinSCP
• USB Charging Cable
• Autoplugin II (Latest Version)
• ioPlus.skprx
• CoreUnlocker80000H.skprx
• NoNpDRM Plugin if your using NoNpDRM game dumps
• Any PS Vita game title. I’m using Gravity Rush.

Wonderful video.
Although my ps vita has some problems. Thread Optimizer can't detect my NSF: Most Wanted and Gravity Rush but detects persona 4 golden. Please help.
When trying to download the coreunlocker80000h, I'm directed to cap unlocker.. is this the same thing? The file that you downloaded says coreunlocker80000H and that's what you named it in the config.txt
Was it updated with a different name or something or is it the same thing or what do I do?

So this is game by game Basis? not a Universal Threading that Unlocks core for the Vita?
any idea how thread works still no tutorial how to set threads

Hey, everything is looking good here. Thank you for being more informative than most would be. You how some of these kids are about the new shiny. They want the Lamborghini but no one tells them an oil change costs $600 bucks. I'll be looking forward to seeing how other snapshots come around and see if I'm not too lazy to contribute some myself.

Does this help improve the performance of emulators such as Final Burn Neo or Daedalusx64?

I had the same problem, I bet you probably used Autoplugin which I think is out of date. Use the latest version on github - github.com/GrapheneCt/CapUnlocker/releases/tag/v1.1

What sort of things are possible after unlocking the CPU?
Games can perform even better. Jak 1 went up from 20 fps to 30 fps for the most part but you actually need to know what you are doing. You are actually telling the cores what to do to a extent which might fuck up your game if done improperly.

Doesn't it damage the processor?improves gaming performance?
Why would it damage anything? The vita processor simply has a core that's mostly unused and we just turned it on for games, worst thing is probably lower battery life

seriously? that's awesome! am trying to improve 60fps on jak and daxter precursor legacy, got everything installed correctly just don't know which threads need to activate 4th core , does changing priority changes anything?
@@olevet75 I haven't even tried using thread optimizer yet but don't bother, I maxed out my overclock and I couldn't even hit 30 after exiting the first area

This video could be 8 minutes long... If you want to grow your channel you should learn to be more concise. You just cannot have a video on a subject, and wait 10 minutes to talk about said subject. At the very least you could put all the useless infos at the end.
Thanks for the feedback. Yes the video could of been 8 minutes long, however for the average person, I rather cover all bases to explain more about key stuff like threading, and what not. As well I did add chapters, and card's for people to skip the intro to get straight into the installation. I will try to take this into consideration when making newer content, Louis. :)
