Thank you!!! Every week I try pushing harder and harder trying to find the limit of myself and the car and it’s super rewarding. You are 100% correct being in the sim helps a ton.

Man I’m loving this series, I’ve always wanted to race legends car but unfortunately my wallet says otherwise lol but I’ll just keep watching you and cheering you on. You are doing a great job and keep up the great work.

Thank you. This is something I have wanted to do my entire life and it took me getting to 45 to do it. One thing I would say is you see people with legends cars at all financial levels. I talked to a guy last week that had $4k into his older legends car and was pulling it on an open trailer but he was out here doing it and having a blast. If this is a life goal of yours, like it has been for me, do everything you can to make it happen. It’s worth it! Thanks for the continued support!

as the one you were talking about inn the 4H, yea its defiantly a big learning gap, as coming from a crew member on the peneske team in NASCAR these are the hardest cars to drive due to the power to weight ratio, who I was bumping you I noticed that you were more confident and I felt like I was a bit faster then you but overall you can learn a lot from someone bumping you and where they bump you. You can see where they are bumping you and try speeding up there and where they are bumping you on your bumper to see, "ok so if they are 3-4 inches lower then me then that must mean that that line is that much quicker" so then trying that line and seeing how you can. this was my first time driving in the legends cars coming from go karts not even a month before and the first practice getting canceled really took a toll on me bc I never driven the cars before then finished in 6th the first week.
If you got any questions feel free to ask because I got a lot of great tips that I can pass on too. Really enjoyed racing there this summer and may be buying our own car this next year

So the first time I ever got bumped I got super mad and was shocked then I realized its just part of the racing when I had to bump a few people. Now I am use to it and just try to work with the car reacting to the bump. I just found out that I have been having electrical issues and have not had 100% power with the car. I have been struggling coming out of the turns and some of this is to do with the power but a lot has to do with the way I drive.
Racing motorcycles was so much simpler than the legend car has been. I have been told by a few drivers that have raced legends and late models that the late models are just so simple to drive vs a legedns car.
Thanks for offering the help. Do you Irace and what other tracks do you go too? I am planning on doing a few more circle tracks but then get ready for the Atlanta and VIR road races.

@@MidlifeClassicCars actually that car isn’t mine and is someone’s that was looking for a driver for it so in the coming weeks we will see what they suggest is next weather it’s continue with other people looking for drivers or getting our own car and then possibly helping (my hope is the second option so everything can be personalized to my preference)

@@redracer4H Keep looking it took me a long time to find a car that I thought was worth it.
