Lovely old house. Love all the original features, the shutters, the old doors and the ceilings. The kitchen needs to be extended, perhaps into the garden room. ❤

I'd make more of the garden to make it look nice to look out onto on a grey day - perhaps a tranquil Buddha garden with chimes, bright coloured flowers & greenery?

What was once an amazing home has become a money making home. Such a shame that we are losing these stunning homes to modernisation. The lovely large rooms turned into tiny that works room. Its lost its character and charm such a shame. But people need affordable homes and this is what happens.

Choppy little rooms. Poorly planned during reno. Is the 1st floor another apartment? Worse and worse.

I wonder what the upstairs flat looks like and where the entrance is. Do the upstairs tenants have access to the back patio or share the front garden?

Think I glimpsed an entrance on the side of the property so maybe that driveway and wooden garage belong to the upper flat? Is there a huge hole iin the lower part of the kitchen wall just next to the door from the hall, or is it a blackboard?

Where is the screens in the windows? If you open up the windows without screens all the bugs will come in of course I live in America and I know in Europe, especially in Britain. They don’t have very good building codes, but really no screens in the windows.

We have far stricter building standards in the U.K. than you have! Your houses fall down in the first few storms! . This is an old house that needs a good renovation done on it simply because it is very old. Probably 100 years or more . The screens on the windows are broken - that’s not what the originals were like. We don’t need window screens here because we don’t have your bug problems. In the days these houses were built, windows were single glazed so the screens were for warmth not bugs!
