Weight of a Meepo Hurricane with twice the battery, ok you got my attention. Nice product you put together, hardware was chosen right (as others I second the need of a RKP/TKP option)
Regarding trucks and DKP vs RKP, carry vs stable….you CAN have both attributes. I have a quick vid on my channel but basically my set-up uses surf adapters in combination with a flipped around(reversed) rear truck. This eliminates instability in the rear while the front provides the steering and carving needed. No more speed wobbles and so fun to carve!

A BOARD MADE IN AMERICA ! Love it and I for one could GAF about speed or weight . Range is more important to me. 25mph on a board that you are just loosely standing up on moving across unpredictable terrain is way too fast and going above That is just pure brainlessness. we serious folk would like to replace our cars with something that can cruise long distance.
I’d like to get with group skates and not have to worry about charging. I’m not trying to ride faster than nobody. I just like to be able to cruise at 18-20 which is way faster than most bicycles by the way ,if I want to but for a long period of time.
Can’t wait to buy it
I love the fact that you tested out several prototype decks before you found the right one. It just shows that you care about the consumer & aren't just trying to make a buck. 🤙🏻🤙🏻

Everyone stressing about DKP’s. You are really missing the beauty of this board. With the huge range, impressive stock bushings, competitive top speed, pricing and universal parts compatibility. Which means whatever you don’t like about the board you can change yourself on a great platform! That is the closest I’ve seen a company get to attempting to please everyone. Very Impressive guys!
On a separate note, in the future are you guys thinking about a wood/bamboo deck for those people that like a little more flex?
We are actively working on a Bamboo board 👍🏻

No, that’s the beauty of our board. It’s the only deck of this form factor that fits a 12s8p battery pack.
@@MBoardsco fair enough. What cells? Currently rocking Molicel 13S4P 936 Wh. Trying to really boost the performance. If not the battery, is it possible to utilize the same ESC y'all use?
Upgrading your ESC can definitely improve performance, but range is really limited at the battery.
@@MBoardsco appreciate it. In what ways does the ESC help improve performance? Using the Hobbywing 9028 currently.
Typically Vesc Based ESCs have the hardware to allow for higher amp output. So torque, acceleration, hill climbing can be improved.

Also there’s a reason large swaths of the esk8 community avoid him. Might want to look into all bridges he’s burned in the big esk8 forums and why people avoid him on things like group rides.
@@BlownMacTruck rode with him more than a handful. I’m lost on his bridges burned. Never heard of any. All I’ve ever seen is good vibes for all types of riders, novice to pro

So far everyone who has ridden our board has been blown away by how well the DKPs handle with the Riptide bushings. The bushings are truly magic. So happy we decided to move forward with them.

Really distracting hearing someone off cam constantly respond back to the main speaker. Not every comment needs a response.
I think being a taller rider makes street wheels less ideal (I'm 6'3) simply because that higher center of mass makes every bump upset your balance just that much more than shorter riders
