    Hi there, I'm just starting out and your videos have been very helpful-- thanks! Just a question-- I can't help but notice those loose thumbs on the glove; does that help you with the parry? How might you avoid getting that thumb caught? IE, is that just a light pinch the thumb is making on-contact with easy, loose, aligned strikes?

      @@trevordollinger6569 aw man, that solves that problem! I keep trying to align my metacarpals in some hand-me-down gloves, but then the padding gets misaligned and there's wrist tension to compensate for the pull of the gloves. Appreciate the suggestion-- thank you!
