No it can't be digestable don't use all grains at one time. Actual measurement is for one tea glass rice take one spoon dal that to only one dal moong dal is preferable. Use daily one spoon powder for preparing
You can add banana purée. My triplets love banana. I sometimes serve them puréed banana as snack or I mix it with their Cerelac. (I use store bought cerelac). They are 6 months, 3 weeks old today.

Do we have to dry roast it? Third recipe I followed exactly but upon grinding it is still a bit grainy and kind of soggy I’m going to re- roast it! It wasn’t dried properly though
