But always recommended by pediatrician n our grand mothers- to give them hand smashed food after 6 mths. Introduce the minute food particles, let them feel they r growing. Beginning is tough as they r reluctant to the change, cry, vomit. But they will accept it eventually.

She thought it's a chocolate pancake. She loved it. This is yummy and healthy for baby. It doesn't contain sugar or no added preservatives. It's absolutely organic.

marypep akiya ji you can freezed this pure on ice cube tray and can stor them in freezer. And whenever u need jus take it out before 1/2 hour put outside of freeze and use them.
I wanna recommend not to mix carrot, rice and potato. They can be hard for baby's stomach. Rather combine those with another fruits and vegetables, you can also add a drop or two of olive oil (extra virgin olive oil). 😊
