  • This video shows the install of the TRX rear links (control arms) from our friends at Offroad Alliance. These links can be installed by anyone wanting to improve the durability and strength of their rear suspension when using the truck offroad, or just to improve the look of the rear suspension.
Huge thanks to Cody @Cody12M and @OffroadAlliance for hooking me up with the links! If you'd like to get your own Raptor or TRX links or any other parts, check out their store at offroadalliance.com
Also thank you to my boy Kip for the install help and access to the shop and lift!!

What makes these better than the factory ones?

Solid billet aluminum vs hollow stamped/welded steel, serviceable heim joints vs rubber bushings that will deteriorate with time, plus they look cooler 😎 👌🏽

@@CatchMeOffroad Do they weigh less or are they similar due to being solid? Serviceable joints is major... only buy it once. However, I'm curious if the tensile strength of the aluminum matches anywhere near steal especially given the OEM are designed for jumping. Then again, I've never come across any information of any of these snapping either OEM or aftermarket. Good purchase though, Looks great man! Never stop improving.

@@TangoTangoAlpha They weigh significantly less - I don't have exact numbers unfortunately, but during the install I was struggling to move the stock ones around while on my back under the truck, the bilet ones were much easier. I agree on the strength part, I'm sure the billet ones are stronger than the OEM ones, however I've never seen an OEM one fail in any way so may be a moot point. Thanks for the comment and support!
