To be aware of the dream that this act is in itself? Because it's still the ilusionary "I" meditating on some-thing... just another thought originated by the dreamer... (Inner) silence seems to be the only approach. To whom does it seem so? I don't know.

But when I hear ‘focus on the I AM’ whilst it is seen as just another thought, feelings of anxiety arise, and some tension in the body. It feels like a limitation or I experience the feeling of limitation and doubts arise if that makes sense. But I don’t experience this as thoughts, only somatically as tension. 🙏

In Advaita terms, the Godhead is the true state beyond all states - not Oneness (which is still a dualistic term) but Non-Duality.

"The Experience of No-Self" - A compilation of his teachings focused on the nature of the self. "At the Feet of a Himalayan Master" - Another collection of his talks, which delve into his experiences and insights.
