In so sorry for the late reply! I believe it will be open, but many people asked already if it can get closed off. So at some point I can’t see why the hoa won’t allow it

Ocala FL is a boredom. Grocery is Walmart. No Costco, Sams. Hours specified if you're driving 1:00am. Very humid hot in Summer.

I love the Home but you do know there are people out there who pay cash for the Home what incentive to eat it
They will cover your closing costs and typically I can negotiate and xtra couple thousand of the home!
Love your videos do you do tanpa at all or is that too far. We live in San Diego and are looking to make a move this year some time.
