Ingredients 材料 :
125g (1/2 cup) butter (牛油)
50g (1/4cup) caster sugar (细砂糖)
1 egg yolk( 蛋黄)
1/4 tsp vanilla essence (香草精)
200g (1 1/2 cups) plain flour (普通面粉)
40g (1/3 cup) corn starch (玉米粉)
1/8 tsp salt (盐)
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder (可可粉)
Filling (馅料):
Some dark chocolate button
适量黑巧克力纽扣
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 15-20 minuets.
放入预热烤箱以170°C上下火烤15-20分钟。

Hi Kathrine, I just love this cookie. It looks so good & delicious. I'm going to try making this. May I know, will the cookie with the chocolate button in the center be too sweet? Can I lessen the sugar, as I do not like my cookies to be too sweet. TQ for your wonderful recipe. Regards Ivy
I tried the cookie, but the dough was a bit dry.....not moist, so it was difficult to mix the plain dough with the cocoa dough together. Also had difficulty mixing the cocoa powder into the plain dough as it was dry.
I'll increase the butter to 150g.
