both Sound like the perfect place to take that small smoke break before the next encounter. As well as the camp's song when you actually make it to Baldur's gate.
Agreed. I'm 33, but was obsessed with the previous BG games. Playing The Dark Urge with Astarion, Jaheira, and Minsc in Act 3 made me cry so many times lol.
Btw you can have a new perma camp in act 3 by renting the elf taverns top floor for 200 gold. Theres an unique song playing and its the only campsite inside a house
@@nettogames4268 It was the same for me on my first playthru, so on my second I was actually surprised by the lower city campsite and decided to keep it for a change of scenery xD
@@rrrrthats4rsAct 1 has a ton of different camps. There's a camp in the Zhentarim Hideout which most players will visit for an hour at most. There's the default outdoor camp, there's the basement you mentioned, there's another different basement in the apothecary, the crypt where you find Withers, the goblin camp indoors (possibly the same camp as the crypt), underdark, grymforge, mountain pass outdoors and githyanki crèche indoors In total there's at least 10 in Act 1 and only 3 in Act 2 and 3 in Act 3. One in-between Act 2 and 3 as well
The lyrics of this song do a better job of conveying what feels like the main theme of this game than anything else. These people don't know if they will win time past their expiry date. They ravenously need to be alive while they still can.
It fits the whole party, considering they all have incredibly tragic life stories and they are now on the executioner's block with the tadpoles in their heads.
Singh is called I want to Live. It’s Astarion’s theme but, it’s played in camp randomly as camp music. This faster paced one is also heard at the end of Astarion’s romance scene after helping him with his personal quest.
@@TinyshotWritesI guess it was Astarion's theme earlier, when they planned to do a theme for each of the origins, but they didn't for some reasons, so now it's Tav theme
good game but I spent most of it wishing I could just explore the world and do faction quests and that the main quest wasn't a thing. Main quests feel pretty antithetical to RPGs as a whole, because you can't roleplay as anything outside the context of said main quest.

I didn't even know u had to trigger this song I just went over and stood for the view and stayed for the song
Looking forward to hearing this song at The Game Awards.
This or "The Power" both great pieces
Nah i want that Raphael song instead haha
DOWN COMES THE CLAW!
6 AWARDS AND TITLE OF THE GAME OF THE YEAR BY GOLDEN JOYSTICKS, WOOOOOOO
There’s actually a trigger for this in the first act’s camp as well, being on a small rock overlooking the center of the camp.

Gotta try it out

behind astarion's tent
Прям у Астариона. Это дико забавно. Словно он водит за собой целую группу музыкантов XD
This game finally brought old feelings of games being made by people who really cared about it. And damn I'm like 40

There are so many hidden things, I love that there is so much you can miss and experience new with a new playthrough
This was such a special moment. More memorable then a lot of the big moments in BG3
Utterly beautiful! Great find

It was my first destination in the city, so I actually had no clue there even was a non-inn camp in the city in my first run lol

Not exactly true, there's a special campsite for resting in smith's basement in the Blighted Village that's the basement of the house
whaaat, cool, just started my 2nd playthru so def gonna do this

This hits different overlooking the city as a durge and hearing the female vocals
I can't listen to the spotify version anymore, this one with the intro and the ambience is just absolutely perfect.
Wish all the origin characters would have gotten their own song in the release version because this will always be Astarions theme song in my heart.
Wish you could have a way to just sit wherever you are.
The soundtrack is almost as good as the Divinity Original Sin 2 soundtrack. Great job, Borislav!
Beautiful
This was such a cool moment
In EA you had to jump on on the highest rock in the camp
oh nice, I thought this is only on the credits, didn't know it can be heard in-game
i remeber in early access for one just patch this was the camp theme
Where is this on the map? Ik theres one behind astarions camp on the rock.
lovely
beholdbaldurs gate itself
Astarion's song.
that's really cool
Yes, bc It's the perfect place for a date with Astarion
Isn't this Astarion´s song? When you do his non ascend romance route
Fits Karlach too.
Kinda fits them all in one way or another.

what music?
Priscilla's song? I think it has a very similar vibe and perhaps a slightly similar beginning
I see what they were going for, but it’s no “Far Away” in RDR.
good music, awful singing
The one singing is the music director, Borislav.
his voice is great. perfect for the track
