It is currently 2:30 in the morning and I have an early class, my phone would not turn on and I was starting to panic. But thanks to you I can set my alarm and get some sleep. Thank you so much
Watching this made me cringe so much haha. All you needed to do was replace the battery first and that was it. Lithium ion battery’s will stop working after time due to heat changed and charging patterns. No need to do all the rest. Definitely don’t heat the phone up as this can seriously damage the solider points and the reason the cable didn’t close was cause you forced it.
My 11 crashed while watching UA-cam and it turn off completely and couldn’t even charge to or turn it on for hours. Is it really my battery or is it my motherboard being fried? Because my phone was hot and charging before it crash and I used it the whole day mostly in the background. The health is at 87%. Do you think replacing the battery can actually fix this problem?
@@KryptonKr definitely, if your phone is getting hot it’s putting strain on the battery. The hotter the battery the more damage is being done. Percentage is only an estimate and batteries can still fail at 100% battery percent.
@@Shaunsm I’m actually kinda glad to hear this and I hope you’re right about changing the battery because I play games a lot lately and it drastically drop from 100 to 87 in like 3 months. I have sent to apple because it’s still under warranty. But I’m still preparing for the worse because it was the youtube app that crashed my phone and I’m afraid the cpu in the 11 might be fried and all my data could be lost. I won’t know until I get my phone back but I do notice that my battery is doing bad compared to when it was new. The 11 is only 11 months of usage. I’m hoping you’re right
@@KryptonKr it's not advised to charge your phone while using it cause it puts strain on the battery. The charger is playing catch up with the battery and the more you use your phone while on charge the more damage it can cause to the battery. You would also charge your battery with the phone off to help protect the battery more.
Thank you as my phone was dead for about 5 hours until I watched your video on my iPad. It Worked!!!!!!!!!!
