Hi, in the video you said that after motherboard installation, iCloud will disappear, but that didn't happen in yours video. That phone still remembered your password after replacement. Than where is the true?
It's easy to explain. He didn't replace it, he just explained how to replace it and put the phone back together. He installed the same board that he had removed.
i bought the ifixit screw driver set and i can't seem to be alble to unscrew the screws on my Iphone11 and i even tried doing it on my iphone 7 and it just doesn't come out any tips?
im talking about the 2 bottem screws by the charger port i cant even get past step 1 - Im using the drill bit that is on the right side 3 rows down and the midle one it says s2 0.8

Thank you for this video. I purchased an Iphone 11 labbled as not working. Well once it arrived i found someone used an iron on it and caused lots of mess. There is no way I can figure out where everyhing goes. So, I will have to purchase a Logic board and install it. I will only be able to keep the Processor board. Which, I most likely will throw it away. I do not have a business working on iPhones. Maybe in the near future I might. So I just might keep the original one for parts. Some parts are good.
Once the motherboard is changed with a new one, it fully removes the former iCloud?

Great video thanks! 🙏 I replaced the motherboard and face id modules into another iPhone 11 but I still get that the battery and screen can't be verified, nor does the face id work. Is there something if forgotten to do?
You will have to live with the battery and screen errors (those require micro soldering from the old parts to the new ones) and the face-id camera is linked with the motherboard. You needed to buy a board that came with face-id camera.

iPhone 11 Getting error code 9 after I plugged in an extension cable when I was visiting Iran.
In that extension cable were 2 adapter plug which both were not Apple.
Both were from Samsung or some other brand which I am not sure!
Also, the cable I was using, was not original I bought it few years ago from amazon and it works perfectly.
Until that day I plugged in my iPhone 11 in one of the adapters in the extension cable and the Apple logo went on and off.
I thought it’s fine nothing serious, then I tried second one and I got same Apple logo went on and off.
Basically, my iPhone is dead ever since and never ever be able to turn it on.
Here is the screenshot and error code as you can see.
When I am connecting to iTunes, it won’t rest or restore.
It goes halfway and I get this error code.
My phone was 2 years old and battery health is 95% I was really looking after my phone.
I am so upset as this happened, and I can’t fix it.
I don’t understand what happened exactly, all I am thinking is perhaps the electricity is killed my iphone.
Unfortunately, I did not use iCloud and I have basically over 2000 pictures in that phone and I just want those nothing else.
I went to apple store, and they are useless, they said we can’t do anything all they offer me hand them my phone plus £350 and we will give you another phone!

Yes it will work, mother board has all the Imei and serial numbers, make sure to transfer Face ID module as well to fully function

Well, bro even you asked 3 month ago...i can tell you, I've changed and it is saying that they are not genuine on both "battery and display" even both of them are original apple made.

@@howfixit I noticed on the AliExpress site, some iPhone 11 Logic Boards are sold without the Camera's. Will this cause things not to work? The iPhone 11 I have the Logic Board was not given to me when I bought it. It was severe messed up. I knew someone who did not know how to work on those boards most likely messed it up. So I did not take it. I knew I could purchase a replacement.

If you want your face id to work you need to buy mobo+front camera/face id cable. If you want it only unlocked you can buy only mobo.

Yes as the Chip prob stores it, I can say if you put the new mother board but you put the chip where your iCloud is, it should not erase it, that’s what I know.
Does it mess with Face ID ?
if you change only the motherboard, the Face ID will not work. Buy a new motherboard with the Face ID module
