I use it also as my straight edge for 5 years. The best tool in town. The 3mm blade is as U R saying the secret.

I have the 14" and 24", and I love them for skimming ceilings after a sand on popcorn ceiling. They work great also for smoothing larger patches, I notice it eliminates a coat sometimes! Also with the telescopic handle, I can use a 7-in skimming blade to set tape on ceilings after I use a banjo or bazooka. In my opinion they are game changers that really aid in my drywall work.

I don’t do much drywall but when we do it’s typically quite a bit. Would you recommend Level5?

His mud is to thick the bubbles just wait for them to surface and whip it the other direction it should only take about 30 seconds to surface

@Spencer Colgan Wallpaper & Painting Hi Spencer, is it possible to install a wallpaper by cutting it with a 45 grade angle cut from the bottom to the ceiling of the wall?? I'd like to paint the center of the wall and install on both sides a wallpaper with a 45 grade angle cut.
    Thanks from Italy. 🇮🇹

@@spencercolgan will the cut looks clean and straight by doing it with a cutter using a laser as a guide? Have you ever showed it in your vids? I've looked lots of tutorials on how to install wallpaper but no one has ever cutted the paper in this way.

I feel like I've seen you skim coat with far less effort in other videos. I don't get what's good?

Who buys something worth 500$ then waits a year to use it in the context of using these tools as a contractor?

People with money. Sometimes I spend $700 on a tool knowing I probably wont need it for 2 years, that way I have it immediately when I finally need it.

These are gadgets that no serious professional would bother using. I see no benefit to this system.

Oh my goodness. Are you serious? This is a game changer.

Does it feel like a time saver ? Or makes it smoother?
