I made these. They turned out absolutely amazing!!! They held together very well; didn’t crumble apart at all.

Noreen, I haven't tried the recipe yet but have cooked enough bread to know that this will make a great bun. I have not enjoyed watching a long video,(over 5 min), ever. It was enjoyable to listen and watch someone who obviously loves to cook. can't wait to try this recipe!

I love those gelato jars. I put small amounts of sugar, flour, cornstarch and baking soda when I just need a little big in my baking area. Making your honey buns, again, right now.

I have a helpful hint that I learned from watching Phyllis Stokes, when making bread and it works like a charm. She uses a heating pad when she lets her bread rise it stays warm and makes the bread rise a lot better. it's just a heating pad for like your back or shoulder. now I keep it in my kitchen and only use it for bread making. try it sometime.

I made this recipe. They are the bomb. I loved them. I made , also using this dough , some hot dog buns. Perfect. I flattened a few and all bagel seeds on and made them into hamburger buns. Perfect recipe. Also they freeze so well. When I thawed the hamb buns they were still very soft.

Gorgeous buns girl.... love that your hubby loves the things you make, that is what makes me baking and cooking and all, so worth it, when the family appreciates, eh? LOL Ya know, just about every time you bake something, I find myself in the kitchen baking the same thing. Too much fun. As I'm typing, bread is rising in my kitchen.. yuuuum eee !!!!

To keep the seeds on top of your bread use egg wash and drop seeds on top before baking.... they stay on...

The sauce is delicious! I didn't have liquid smoke but it still turned out great. The buns were better than any store bought bun we've had and I know everything that is in them! My bread maker is going to be jealous of all the attention my Kitchen Aid will be getting now that I know I can make bread without it.

I made these last night first time ever making any bread, it turned out good except that my towel stuck to the bread on the second rise. So what did I do wrong I used a tea towel and got it wet with warm water and placed over it, also sprayed the tops of the bread before I did that.

I am 63 years old and made buns for the first time..lol..these buns turned out dilish but they are whoppers..lol.but hubby ate all of it. I hope they freeze well, next time I will make half hot dog buns. I don't have a kitchen aid but I let the bread machine do the kneeding then took it out and let it rise in a bowl. Your right they are dilish
